Please feel free after purchasing a stone to reach back out - we can intake your stone for a piece down the line, and will save all the info on your purchase to make it a quick + easy intake process.

Please note at this time we are not taking orders for seam rings, hinged/clicker rings.

If a gemstone you’re looking to use isn’t appropriate for the kind of custom piece you’re looking to make - we’ll let you know + offer alternative ideas for your new gemstone.

We work in 14k + 18k solid white, yellow, rose gold + platinum only.

Anywhere from 10-16 weeks+ depending on the complexity of the design.

In some cases - depending on the design, we can expedite this process for an additional fee to make sure you have it for special events, gifts and more.

We do not offer returns or exchanges but can assist with most resizing needs. Please email buildbycowpok@gmail.com with questions regarding resizing.

Stones can be purchased as is, which we will ask upon adding them to your cart. All stones must be purchased in order to submit custom jewelry form though! Shipping paid when purchasing stone will cover stone shipping OR be carried over and applied to shipping cost on custom jewelry piece.

Once your stone is purchased and questionnaire submit, we will reach via email with your final quote + an invoice via PayPal. A 50% non refundable deposit is required to move forward with production on your piece.

Upon completion, we will invoice you via email and PayPal for the remaining amount. You will have 30 days to pay remaining balance, or the piece becomes available on our webstore for others to purchase and deposit becomes webstore credit for further purchases. If you need more time - that’s okay! Just let us know and we are happy to accommodate an extension on payment at the discretion of BUILD.

If you decide to wait on designing a custom piece - we’re happy to ship you just your stone and you are welcome to reach back out at a later time.
